Zucchini and chocolate sponge cake

This recipe is singular, because the perfect combination is chocolate and zucchini. Oh yes…! have you ever heard of something like that? Just try it



150ml of milk

100g of chocolate powder

75g of sugar

200g of flour

200g of zucchini

1 envelope of yeast


  1. Preheat the oven to 180º
  2. Grated zucchini.
  3. We add milk and sugar.
  4. Stir well and add the flour with the yeast sachet.
  5. Finally, chocolate is added.
  6. We beat everything until there are no lumps.
  7. Put the mixture in a mold and leave it in the oven about 30 – 35 min.
