Watermelon is great for our health, try this recipe, it contains a lot of vitamins and minerals
Ingredients (for 2 people)
2 cuts of watermelon (about two centimeters)
½ clove of garlic
1 sweet onion
½ Red pepper (1 if small)
½ green pepper (1 if it is small)
- Peel the tomato and cut it into small dice, store it in a bowl.
- Remove the seeds from the watermelon and cut it into small dice, we will leave it in a sieve in order to lose some water.
- Cut the peppers into cubes and onion and add them to the bowl.
- Once the watermelon has left enough water we add it to the bowl with the other ingredients to be able to mix it and join the flavors.
- We add the mixture with salt, oil and a lemon juice, stir well and let stand about two hours.
- Serve and add modena vinegar on top
