Watermelon Tartar

Watermelon is great for our  health, try this recipe, it contains a lot of vitamins and minerals

Ingredients (for 2 people)

2 cuts of watermelon (about two centimeters)

2 tomatoes

½ clove of garlic

1 sweet onion

½ Red pepper (1 if small)

½ green pepper (1 if it is small)




  1. Peel the tomato and cut it into small dice, store it in a bowl.
  2. Remove the seeds from the watermelon and cut it into small dice, we will leave it in a sieve in order to lose some water.
  3. Cut the peppers into cubes and onion and add them to the bowl.
  4. Once the watermelon has left enough water we add it to the bowl with the other ingredients to be able to mix it and join the flavors.
  5. We add the mixture with salt, oil and a lemon juice, stir well and let stand about two hours.
  6. Serve and add modena vinegar on top
