1 yogurt
475 g of oatmeal
1 envelope of yeast
125g of soft oil
125g of sugar
3 eggs
Half lemon juice
Lemon zest


  1. Preheat the oven to 170º
  2. Mix the eggs, the yogurt, the oil, the lemon juice and the sugar
  3. Add the oatmeal with the yeast and the lemon zest to the mixture
  4. Mix everything well until it is uniform.
  5. We put baking paper in the mold and add the mixture
  6. We bake for 35-40 minutes
  7. Let cool a bit and unmold
