I started baking as a way to calm my mind and meditate. When everything around me felt chaotic, I push that chaos into making my kitchen dirty. I have an incredible sweet tooth and it causes my diet to go off the rails. I don’t do basic flavors. There is no fun when its basic. I love experimenting with flavors and using my coworkers as guinea pigs (which they are more than happy to be).

Terms and Conditions

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Baking Moods LLC, hereinafter referred to as the “Bakery,” and the individual or entity placing an order, hereinafter referred to as the “Customer.” Please note orders can only be placed within New York City and the five boroughs. If you are in the surrounding areas (Long Island, Yonkers, Hoboken, Jersey City, Union, West New York, Bergen), please reach out to bakingmoodsllc@gmail.com to inquiry about pickup or delivery options.

1. Ordering and Lead Time:

1.1 All orders of a quantity of 3-24 must be placed a minimum of three (3) days in advance.

1.2 All orders over 24 cupcakes must be placed a minimum of two (2) weeks in advance.

2. Deposits:

2.1 For orders at a quantity of 24 , refundable deposit of $20 is required.

2.2 For orders exceeding a quantity of 24-75, a refundable deposit of $50 is required

2.3 For orders exceeding a quantity of 75, a refundable deposit of $75 is required.

2.4 Deposits are required to secure the order and are deducted from the total cost.

3. Cancellations:

3.1 Orders of a quantity between 3-12 should be canceled no later than a day (1) prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery date. Any cancellations after this period, your order will appear on the app “Too Good To Go” to sell to other buyers. Please note if they are not picked up or deliverable at the time indicated on the form, they will also appear on the app “Too Good To Go” for purchase.

3.2 Orders equal to a quantity of 24 must be canceled up to five (5) days prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery date for cupcakes. After this period, the deposit is non-refundable.

3.3 Orders exceeding a quantity of 24 must be canceled up to one (1) week prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery date for cupcakes. After this period, the deposit is non-refundable.

4. Allergies:

4.1 All baked goods produced by the Bakery contain milk, eggs, nuts and gluten.

4.2 Customers with special allergy requests are required to email the Bakery at bakingmoodsllc@gmail.com to discuss options to meet allergy or dietary restrictions at least two (2) weeks prior to the desired pickup or delivery date.

5. Changes to Orders:

5.1 Changes cannot be made for orders of a quantity of 3-12.

5.2 Any changes to the order equal to 24 must be communicated to the Bakery at least three (3) days prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery date.

5.3 Any changes to the order exceeding 24 must be communicated to the Bakery at least one (1) week prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery date.

6. Payment:

6.1 Full payment is due on the day of pickup or delivery.

6.2 Failure to make payment may result in the order being canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited.

7. Pickup/Delivery:

7.1 The Customer is responsible for the pickup of the order at the agreed-upon time and location.

7.2 Delivery may be available upon request and is subject to an additional fee.

8. General Terms:

8.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Customer and the Bakery and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.

8.2 The Bakery reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order.

By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
